PRIVACY POLICY 

Policy on the processing of personal data pursuant to art. 13 of Reg. EU 2016/679 (GDPR)

1) Herewith Quid Informatica S.p.a., in compliance with the principles of protection of personal data established by EC Regulation 2016/679 or GDPR, provides users with the following information, pursuant to art. 13 of GDPR and valid exclusively for www.quidinfo.it website and not for other web sites accessed via links

2) The Data controller is the undersigned company Quid Informatica S.p.a. with registered office in Florence Via Pratese 162 E-mail: mail@quidinfo.it

3) Responsible for Privacy/Data Protection Officer is Mr. Marco Iozzi who can be reached via e-mail at privacy@quidinfo.it

4) Specifically, Quid Informatica S.p.a. informs users (hereinafter "interested party” ex. Art. 4, c.1 of GDPR) that personal data (users’ first name, last name, email and address) are acquired through the services available on www.quidinfo.it in the sections:

  • Quid News - Subscribe to our newsletter
  • Contact us - Contact Quid Informatica S.p.a
  • Careers - Submit your CV and current research

All data are processed in a lawful, proper and transparent manner in relation to the interested party, while respecting the general principles provided for in article 5 of GDPR.

The Data ontroller shall adopt specific security measures to prevent loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access to personal information.

The processing is carried out using IT and / or telematic tools and with organizational methods related to the purposes of processing the services offered, which will be specified below.

In addition to the Data controller, the data collected are processed by regularly authorized and trained Quid Informatica S.p.a. personnel pursuant to art. 29 of GDPR and could also be processed by external subjects appointed as Data Processors pursuant to art. 28 of GDPR by the Data controller. The updated Data Processors list may be requested from the Data Controller.

 

5) Service "Subscribe to our newsletter"

Quid Informatica S.p.a. newsletter allows you to receive information about what’s new in ICT.

To subscribe to the newsletter you need to provide the following personal data: first name, last name and email address. The request is aimed only at enabling Quid Informatica S.p.a. to send the newsletter to the e-mail address provided. Registration is subject to the provision of specific consent, free and informed, as required by art. 6 paragraph 1 letter a) of EU Reg. 2016/679.

Data are processed through computer and paper exclusively by personnel duly authorized and trained by the data controller in accordance with art. 29 GDPR. Data can be accessed for maintenance purposes by Bitvark, the company providing the technology platform, and their authorized personnel. Data will not be disclosed or transferred to countries outside the EU.

Data are stored until a request of unsubscription from the newsletter service is received. The request can be sent any time through the link in the newsletter

The provision of data is optional and the service offered through the newsletter is free. Failure to provide the e-mail address and the lack of consent to the processing of data will make it impossible for Quid Informatica S.p.a. to send the newsletter and for the interested party to receive it. Data processing does not involve user profiling.

 

6) "Contact Quid Informatica S.p.a" service

The page allows the interested party to contact the Secretariat of Quid Informatica S.p.a. Data required are personal data and e-mail address. The request is aimed at allowing Quid Informatica S.p.a. to respond to the request sent by the interested party via the form on the web page.

The submission of the request is subject to the specific, free and informed consent (Art.6, paragraph 1, letter a of the GDPR) documented through a special check-box (Art.7 paragraph 1 of the GDPR).

Data are processed exclusively by personnel duly authorized and trained by the data controller in accordance with art. 29 GDPR. Data will not be disclosed or transferred to countries outside the EU. Data are kept for a period consistent with the purposes of the collection. The provision of data relating to the mandatory fields is required in order to get an answer, while optional fields are aimed at providing Quid Informatica S.p.a. personnel with additional information useful to facilitate contact. There is no profiling.

 

7) Service "Submit your resume" and "Ongoing research"

Through dedicated web pages, users have the option, if interested, to send their CV to Quid Informatica S.p.a. The user remains solely responsible for the relevance and accuracy of data submissions. The CV is sent via the Allibo platform provided by Alliance Software s.r.l. and is subject to the specific, free and informed consent to the processing of personal data pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of the GDPR, documented through a special check-box (art. 7 paragraph 1 of the GDPR). Alliance Software s.r.l. has been appointed by Quid Informatica S.p.a. as data controller and may perform processing operations solely for software maintenance tasks. All data concerning the CV are processed by Quid Informatica S.p.a. for recruiting purposes and by personnel regularly authorized and instructed to the processing according to art. 29 of the GDPR. Data will not be disclosed or transferred to countries outside the EU. Data are kept for a period consistent with the purposes of the collection. The provision of data relating to the mandatory fields is required in order to complete the transmission, while optional fields are aimed at providing Quid Informatica S.p.a. staff with additional information useful to facilitate contact.

 

8) Cookies and browsing data  

The Data Controller informs that www.quidinfo.it website does not use cookies and users browsing is not tracked.

 

9) User’s rights

Users may exercise all rights provided for by art. 15-21 of GDPR (right of access, rectification, cancellation, limitation, portability, opposition), as well as revoke a previously granted consent; in case of failure to reply to their requests, the parties concerned may submit a complaint to the Data Protection Authority (GDPR - Art.13, paragraph 2, letter d) by sending an email to the Data Controller at the following address privacy@quidinfo.it 

 

10) Policy update

The Data Controller reserves the right change this privacy policy at any time. Please, consult this page regularly with reference to the latest update date.
