The Customer Service represents the point of contact between QUID Informatica and the companies, providing assistance with respect to ICT support needs in relation to:
- telecommunications infrastructure
- implemented technologies (Hardware and Software)
- business applications (standard and tailor-made projects)
The service is operated by QUID Customer Service that deals with the needs of the customer and traces the full flow of each assistance call, through our Trouble Ticketing System.
Each support request is identified by a unique number which is communicated to the Customer and can be used to check the progress of the call.
