FACTORY LOGISTICS

FLEET LOGISTICS FLOW MANAGEMENT

Managing and controlling access and flow of vehicles in a plant, with all related devices (access bars, weighing scales, identification points, light indicators, synoptic panels); tracking and managing shipping logistics and integrating with transport planning systems via web.

WAREHOUSE AUTOMATION AND PRODUCTION LOGISTICS

Wireless systems (WiFi and NarrowBand) for the management of warehouse operations: check-in, label, handling, inventory, shipping; integrate shipping planning systems; automatically identify (RFID) the locations for unloading material from carts.

ROAD AND RAIL TRACKING

Tracking systems and monitoring of road and rail movements in plants, using GPS triangulation, for optimizing the movements and management of goods’ entry/exit flows; automatic weighing stations via RFID.

SUPERVISION AND CONTROL

FACTORY SYSTEMS

MES and departmental systems in the industrial field, for the management of areas and facilities: reception of programming, management of fine scheduling and production cycles, real-time finalisation of process data and line analysis, alternative quality research, storage and labelling; implementation of calculation, optimisation and reporting tools; integration with production management systems.

PROCESS CONTROL

On-line and historical monitoring of the trend of the variables involved in plant process control; batch and front-end implementation of calculation models, calculation of efficiency coefficients and main performance indices, statistical process control.

PRODUCTION TRACKING

Tracing of the production progress along the line and monitoring of the status of the lines, integrated with PLC control system; loading/unloading/optimization automated warehouse management; interface with production ERP systems.
